Service Description

$125 SMALL FOR GROUP CLASS. Want to get fit without the fight? Just want to focus of strength & conditioning? We offer one-on-one personal training to clients at all skill and fitness levels. Our boxing training is the best in Oakland - expect drills, exercises, mitt work, bag work, and more! We can also tailor your sessions to focus on fitness areas outside of boxing. If you’re interested in strength and conditioning, weight loss, or something else entirely, just let us know and we will be happy to help you reach your goals. If you’re looking to do small group training (2- on-1, 3-on-1, etc.), we can set that up also-just send an email. Full body body conditioning with a strong emphasis on improving body composition, strength, imbalances, and cardiovascular fitness levels. Class may include circuit training, body weight drills, free weights, kettle bells, and more. This is the perfect compliment to our boxing/focused class! - Bring your own jump rope, hand wraps, and gloves. We also sell and rent equipment.
