Health and Wellness - We value ensuring that students in our program understand how to take care of their bodies and prepare for peak athletic performance. To that end, we incorporate lessons about nutrition, healthy habits, anatomy, and physiology into our training program.  We teach students how to live healthy by eating well, sleeping regularly, and engaging in regular exercise. We also emphasize the connection between the body and the mind: another component of our curriculum is helping students understand how to maintain calm, mental health, and an overall sense of wellness.
